Bag Making Machine

Versatius is an automatic machine for medical bags production. It is easy to use and has a compact shape as a response to production needs and quality. Its versatility and high productive capacity in "closed system" allow to obtain the complete isolation of the inside area of the container from the external environment.

The production is possible with different materials:
PVC - EVA - Polyurethane - Multilayer Polypropylene.

Fast change of movable types for codes, batch, preparation date, etc.
Very quick change of bag size production and disposition of tubes.
Online or simultaneous hot printing mode.
Designed for the automatic insertion of various devices in the tubes.

Technical data:
Bag size: from 50 ml to 6000 ml in different designs.
Tubing: from 1 to 5 per bag, closed or open, variable diameters, height and disposition.
Production capacity: 10 seconds for 3 bags packed on spools (precut) or single, complete with hot printed labels in one or two colours and tubes.
Personnel required: one worker.
